SEND IN YOUR IDEA

Send in your idea and contact details (name, contact number and return email address) by email to info@eyato.com.

If you have not got a clear idea, but do have thoughts you'd like to explore for a creation, send those to the same email address giving as much detail as you can and we will get back to you.

 

When you commission a bespoke creation you end up with what you want. The creation exudes your  personality through its style colours and textures. Is it any wonder that it is one of the most loved items in your wardrobe.

REFINE & DEFINE CONSULTATION

When we get back in touch with you, it will be to either book a 'Refine and Define Consultation' appointment or to tell you if there is any reason why pursuing your idea is not feasible.

We will discuss the appointment options at the time of booking. If for instance measurements or other concise details are required you will only be offered a face to face appointment otherwise we can be more flexible and have a virtual consultation.

At this consultation we will discuss costs and payments and following this meeting should you happy to proceed with us we invoice you for payment and procced to design your idea into the creation agreed,

DESIGN APPROVAL & SIGN OFF

This is the point at which we spend our time working on interpreting the details you've given us and we've advised on into a design.

 

First we share the design with you, then we transform the design into a mock up with patterns which we will once again share with you (any adjustments required will then be made).

 

Finally, in order to proceed to the final stage of this process, we will require you to approve and sign off for creation the design and mock up. 

PLEASE NOTE: In order for us to proceed  to the making of your creation your order will be fully paid for at this point.

MAKE & DELIVER

Our typical timeframe for orders is 4 to 6 weeks.

We will confirm the delivery date once your creation arrives at this stage of the process. We will also confirm your preferred delivery or collection method and your postal address.
