Intermediate Courses in Bag Making or Footwear Making

This is a competence based course, organised and booked by individual learners who are keen to build their confidence and skills.

Start dates will be subject to agreement with the learner and WIL, and although other learners may also be doing the same intermediate course alongside you; progress is based on an individual learners assessment of competence.

This course will build on your beginner knowledge: it includes extensive practice of designing, pattern making mocking up and the refinement of skills being developed in bag making or footwear making in general; it will include machining learning and making an agreed end of course product which will either be a leather bag or a pair of mules/slippers or sandals.
